Chair delivered is exactly its been shown in the website. Received delivery within 1 day of placing the order. Quality of chair is very good and is very comfortable. Since i have long working hours it perfectly supports my back and not felt any tiredness even after working for complete day. Thanks GetMyCouch for this excellent product. Forgot to mention the color of the chair which is very good looking and is much better than the usual black color. It perfectly matches to my study table color.
Don't buy from them.. they are not giving any resolution to the customer and I was talking over the call and asked him to customer ko amount waste hi Karna Hoga chiz khrab hogi to pick ni krenge product he said hmm and nobody is reverting over the email... They are fraud... don't buy from them even I buy was an engineering wood I told them this is not an engineering wood he said wo product to product matter krta h ki konsa engineering wood lgega... Are they think customer's are fool better to pay more amount and buy from a shop where you are phasing issue at least gave u a resolution If I m able to provide starts in minutes I could give -10 to them
With all the shops I have visited in gurgaon and in Delhi. This one has all the stuff and are priced reasonable. They give genuine advice. Very good staff and furniture.
After buying furniture (sofa, table, side table, study table, office chair, shoe rack, etc.) from this place since last 8 months, I think 2 rating is something that I think is appropriate. If you're looking for refurbished furniture or defective furniture, then it's a good place. If you are looking for throwaway furniture, then it's a good place to buy. However, if you are looking for quality, you may want to avoid this place. Delivery is a major concern. Expecting timely delivery from this place is something you shouldn't expect. Recently purchased a shoe rack, had to return it twice due to defective product. Third one I got still has noticeable defects and I am tired of returning it.
