Very received and good health check up
Worst service and pathetic clinic staff and central manager please avoid this clinic. Many other laboratories offering a very high standard service and this clinic service is no where near to them and in fact I rate as zero I have taken health check up package and the lab person wants to collect. Post breakfast sample after 2:30 hours of breakfast where it has to be collected between 1:30 to 2 hrs When I went for other tests to the clinic they asked me to come next for some tests When I went again next day , they gave me two different slots for consultation ( 10 AM and 12:30 pm) Frustrated with the experience , when I decided to consult doctor from non-Apollo hospital and I went to clinic to collect reports …I was surprised that they don’t even able to figure out where the reports and finally they gave me 2 reports with a different name written manually Please avoid going to this clinic for any purpose as the staff in clinic are deteriorating Apollo brand name Later I called central manager of Apollo , and he explanation was awful where he is not even trying to understand the issue and damage to brand name but he was trying to explain that he and his clinic team have efficient job I can pity how these guys are running the clinic but please avoid this clinic if you are really want genuine health checks ans doctor consultations
I recently visited this clinic because I had very high fever and stomach in the right side. Initially I consulted a General Physician. That doctor has prescribed me a couple of tests. This branch consists of a diagnostic center also so I decided to go through the tests. All the tests were worth around 7380. I paid the bill and all those tests were done. The next when I got my reports, the doctor I consulted was not available. My fever was getting worse, so in an emergency I consulted an other Physician who was available at that time. I don't want to take the names. In my reports, it was diagnosed that I had a small stone around 2-3mm in the kidney, because of which I got urine infection. After this diagnosis, the second one suggested me to get admitted into his private clinic which was near by to this one for 2-3 days and take injections. I was a bit tensed to get admitted into the hospital immediately, so I wanted to consult the same doctor to whom I explained my problem initially. I waited for the next day and met the first one. This one asked me to admit into some other hospital for 5 days and take injections for 2 times a day. I was just shocked again. Then, for a second opinion, I consulted a family doctor, he suggested me tablets course for 20 days and said that there is nothing to worry. I told him the whole incident. I was just shocked after listening to his reply. He said that by taking those injection suggested by them would severely effect the kidneys. This was the whole incident that happened, the reason me not going to the family doctor initially is, the doctor is aged and he closed his clinic due to covid. I went to his home for the treatment. This may be a small incident but my question to Apollo is what kind of doctors do you even hire? These people use patients to develop their personal businesses. They will deteriorate a problem more and more of the patient for money.
For vaccination they are not all maintaining minimum covid protocol. Staff also not responding waste of time for vaccination. I am not suggesting Apollo clinic boduppal for covid vaccination. Worst service.
Worst response from Usha -reception team. I told multiple times and went to her few times but she does not took any action.i spent almost 20k for tests and Susan gave good medicine few days good when I checked hrca lungs got infected but she did not noticed or her prescription not helped me. Please visit better hospital.
