Careless staff specially HR after you leave the organization nobody cares for you... even with prior appointment teken we ware waiting 2hrs , management are totally worst and rude... very bad experience... I request to trustee's and dean please hold the image of hospital or else you will loose it just because of staff behavior...
Nightshift sister was very rude, careless. Even after we are staying in single ac room, No room hygiene was maintained. Only food given on time and was good. Doctor and other staff is great and helpful. Delayed response after ringing the bell by patient.
The receptionist is worst they take calls after you call them 2-3 times and after that too they will wont give you proper instructions on which doctor is available at what time. Idiot staff employed in the hospital
Our family wishes to thank the doctors of casualty ward of this hospital. Our father was critical last night due to kidney and BP issue( non covid)as his saturation level was very low. The doctors were kind to treat him under casualty ward for sometime by providing him oxygen and helped us to get a bed in another hospital at nick of the time. Thank you doctors of Hira Mongi Hospital!!
I have been visiting this hospital for nearly 7 years now. At first it was to get a tooth checkup, then I had braces so used to visit a lot. I was suffering from a major life-threatening disease which was diagnosed very quickly and treated efficiently by the doctors. They have lab facilities and at a very low cost compared to other clinics and most of the staff is very kind. Doctor visitation charges were doubled in 2021 so it is costly now. If you have health insurance, surgeries, medicine cost, room charges and other costs are all covered like in my case. Rooms for admitted patients are quite nice and nurses are kind. Definitely the nicest hospital I know.
