The lady sitting on 5th never come to office. My mom visit 5 time this bank and nobody help anything. Just like another sarkari office. The lady sitting on 4 help. We first wait for 1 hour lunch break and the person sitting there work like a old time sarkari office. I finally close my account. I am getting better service from other private bank. I don't Need any account in sarkari bank or any sarkari स्लो officer lecture me. Go and enjoy your govt job. I don't need any kind of services from govt bank.
