Today visited for vaccination. Though five members team exist (3 staff & 2 nurses) as usal busy on there mobile, before attending visitor. (could be make easier the visitor). But No crowded being holiday. Within 2 minit's time vaccination is over asked to wait for 15 Minutes to find any reaction. The senior nurse's are polite and responsive then 3 male attenders. Can improve by replacing youngsters, especially the males, who are in funny modes and increases the anxiety of visitors.
I have given covid sample test 6 days ago till now I did not received any update. If I ask staff no response at all ,everybody who is working there is irresponsible very bad staff.
the best hospital even much better than private super spatiality hospitals.
Many people are coming from long distance in the early morning only to test covid...they are standing in lines for hours just for registration... To get their turn for giving sample they have to wait hours only.. shelters are provided but no mic system to call the names...if they sit in shelters it's not audible...if they stand near the collection the staff is shouting like anything... Aged people n people suffering from bp sugar etc are facing difficulty Here some employees taking money and collecting the sample even their turn is not there
