Place is having good infrastructure and all basic facilities like food court and all. Food court is super awesome. Only minor con one can find is, bit away from residential area.
Company handled my placement round very unprofessionally. I had an online interview with this company after clearing my first round. Interview was scheduled at 11 AM, and got a call at 10:50 AM from them to be ready and be on time. To my surprise at 11 AM, there was no interviewer. Interviewer came at 12 PM, full one hour late. And I had sit one hour in front of my system, doing nothing. My interview lasted merely 20 minutes and answered almost every question correctly. But I wasn't shortlisted for next round because interviewer took 45 minutes interview of everyone barring the early students to cover the time, and all those students with 45 minutes interview got shortlisted. Company also didn't sent any rejection message to us and giving any reason. Very unprofessional.
It is a good workplace to stick with and definitely has a lot of options for internal growth provided you have the potential to do and prove. With a lot of Tier1 or EliteClass hirings they have done in the management, this organization must think of upgrading the mindset of some of the management who have reached on to a level just because of their seniority. But definitely Yes, this organization takes care of the employees generally.
