Hello people I am extremely sorry to say that sleepwell doesnot respond after you have purchased . There services are extremely bad i m suffering a lot . My bed is unshaped i registered my complain on december yet today is mar '18 they haven't responded me yet . Customer care do not respond nor they reply to your mails . Its extremely painfull . I trusted so much but they dissapointed me everytime.
I tried to contact customer care on 01st October 2020, till today their is no response, some person called and mentioned this will be addressed at the earliest(15 days is earliest for sleepwell team), shared images of mattresses with bill copy, till today they have not responded and in mail they give the dates and time, but on grounds no person has visited, Dealer has washed his hands mentioned unless they get Voucher(god knows what is that) they will not be in position to help me, several emails is been written, calls to customer care is been done(all time their executives are busy in attending calls and they mention will revert call after 1 min 39 seconds call will get disconnected and after that no one calls back. as per email confirmation they were supposed to close this today, no one has contacted till now.Pathetic service
horrible mattress..i bought spinetech air and within 3 yrs its damaged..and when i ask abt warranty which is 5 yrs and replace with new mattress..they said that they can give 40% amount now i have pay 60% and again buy new mattress. its when they dont have belief in their own mattress why they are selling it
sleepwell customer care is one of the worst customer care divisions I have seen. my complaint id 155206 is pending for a month now and no one is bothered to do anything , purchased matrices worth rs 52k and worst customer service ever
fake company my amount does not refund the last one month I have to cancel my order within a few minutes after place order but my amount not refund yet. Many time I have call customer number but no response only fake promises
