Today I visited that shop to exchange a t-shirt I got as a gift from one of my relatives. The shop was empty. I must say that they lack of variety and size and patience. I started unfolding some t-shirt while choosing and the executive told me not to unfold any t-shirt. Without unfolding how could I see the design and how could I choose one for me ? I did not like the behaviour of them.

Standard Raymond Fabrics available with good variety of collections. The fabrics seemed a little high on the price, but then, its Raymonds. Tailoring was good in my case. Tailor was knowledgeable about contemporary fashion and could guide me. Overall good experience.
Very bad customer service, worst tailor i have seen so far in a Raymonds Shop. The tailor is busy enforcing his own choice ratber than listnning to the customer. Tries to mislead customer. And to top it all the Manager cum cashier of the shop was totally aloof till the time we called him.
