It is the best place for harassment and humiliation. If you want to get yourself humiliated it's the best place to be. Pathetic management and unprofessional attitude of the staffs. They behave as if they are providing treatment for free. The staff is lazy and incompetent. The entire process of admission and discharge is tedious. This is not expected from a brand name like this. And worst, if you complain or escalate any matter their duty manager would quietly take you to their room only to humiliate you more. Pathetic!
My wife was admitted for a surgery, the staffs are extremely rude and unprofessional. The doctor had written the discharge at 5pm and they generated the bill after 24hours and charged extra. The process of discharge is pathetic. They could not even generate a proper bill, said that they will send a soft copy of the bill but I never received a bill. I can understand that the hospital is least bothered with such reviews and is least concerned. Its a nightmare for Senior citizens. Don't be fooled with good reviews about the hospital they are all fake and are paid reviews. In a nutshell the whole process was a torture. They close the counters at 7pm and the patient party is left helpless, running here and there for the discharge. They behave like they are providing free treatment. It is an extremely expensive hospital compared to the services. Stay away from this hospital. Stay safe.
Very bad experience...Went for my mom's vaccination by booking online and the slot was 3-5pm when i went there @4 they said that you have to come tommorow morning because we provide only 100 dozes.When i came next day around 10pm they said that you have to register your name in the book and you have to come for that at 5am and when i asked why are u accepting online they are like all things are offline we can't do anything. Kindly choose a different vaccination center and also there was no sign of social distancing every one was standing close to each other.Worse management of the hospital. Total harassment to the normal people.
One of the best hospitals I have seen so far! AMRI Mukundapur has really impressed me for their care and top-level facilities. I have consulted a number of highly professional doctors during my treatment, and the entire team was cooperative and friendly. I visited a paediatric neurologist at AMRI for my child’s treatment. The doctor was very friendly with my boy and he explained the treatment procedure calmly and answered all our queries patiently during every visit.
