Very Very busy staff, They don't even have time to attend customer's, I wonder what kind of service they would provide if one purchase a car from them.
Not at all a promising service. I have booked my tata car from Panchajanya Warje showroom in December'2020. The showroom assistant promised the car allocation within maximum of 8 weeks in the beginning. Today it is more than 5 months and i am still not getting the car allocation confirm date. . All the staff just give each other's numbers and all the time gives same update that they have spoken to GM sir and you are in the top priority list. . . Waste of time and money booking car from this showroom. .
The Location and Space is good but the availability is not good. The sales executive is too mannerless and unattaintive while I have visited the store. They just provide me old brochure and ask that please select it whatever you want and start talking over phone in front of me. Not even a single word she discussed with me and said that if you finalize any thing then let me know we will discuss the price. Even in that situation when I ask and offer price from my side she declined it without any further discussion. Total waste of money and time to visit this store for me. Not recommended.
Worst experience with Panchjanya, I dont want to give 1 rating also. (Tata cars are the best , this feedback is only about the Panchjanya) I want only Tata car hence deal with Panchjanya & purchased Tata Altroz but very bad service & support. Required continuous follow-up to complete small work also. They will speak very softly till booking but after that no support related to Service, accessories. Not completed their promise also, Not happy with Panchjanya. Recommanding Bafana Motors.
IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE... THE SALES TEAM IS VERY CO-POERATIVE... Specially...*Megha Mehta* and *Meghna madam* are very polite, honest, knowledgeable, humble and always ready to help...Mr.Vijay Walke and Mr.Manoj Gaikwad are through Gentleman. The showroom is clean, serving water, tea/coffee.. Seating arrangement is very comfortable and cool... At the time of delivery...It was a memorable experience... Thankfull for all their efforts... I will recommend to all my friends to visit and avail service from Panchjanya Showrooms... ,
