Treatment and doctors are good. The biggest problem is with service staff. They are very much interested in chit chat. Don't bother about patients, need to waste your precious in waiting as they won't serve your report to doctor in order. Management is in deep sleep. Don't know whom to blame. I planned to switch to other near by hospitals.
I selected Cloud Nine at HRBR layout for the delivery of my second child during mid-February, 2021. Main reason for choosing this branch was because it was the closest to my residence (less than 1 km away). The Labour Room Doctors/Nurses were very professional & friendly and went about their jobs without any drama. The nurses who assisted us during the post delivery stay were very understanding & really went out of the way to help us out in pacifying the new-born at night as both of us (me & my spouse) were exhausted & very sleep deprived. Regarding insurance, there was no cash-less facility with my insurance provider. However the claim submission process to my employer was hassle-free as a couple of bills that were missed out were provided by the hospital & beyond that, everything else was smooth. Food was simple & tasty – really loved it. The newborn photography session was done by well-trained photographers (they have different packages – frames/album options) & it was wonderful to see them at work. Overall, I am very satisfied with Cloud Nine at HRBR layout and would highly recommend it.

Had gone for my second baby's delivery. Right from the time when my UPT was positive I've been consulting in this hospital. Everyone is very supportive. Dr. Sushmita was my consulting doctor throughout my journey. She is very patient and friendly, explains everything till you understand. Although, I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes in my first trimester under her constant monitoring it was bought under control. Eventually I had undergo emergency c-sec. By God's grace and the care of the doctors, I am now blessed with a healthy baby girl. All thanks to Cloud Nine. The only suggestion I would like to give here to the hospital is that the cafeteria should be a little bigger. During lunch and breakfast it gets too crowded with no place to sit. Many times we had to wait so long till chairs were empty. Other than that it was a smooth journey throughout my pregnancy. Thank you Cloud nine- HRBR..
I had been to Cloud nine HRBR for my first baby delivery on April 2021. Entire experience was amazing and I recommend this hospital. Big Thanks to Dr. Kavitha Lakshmi Eshwaran who is selfless and works like own Family member. Right from the beginning to delivery she has managed each and everything very smoothly. She was very helpful, caring, explains the situation, handles the situation very well and builds confidence that helped us to be more relaxed. Personally I got inspired by looking at her work nature and involvement. She is an inspiration and we see less such awesome people around us. I thank each and everyone from the bottom of my heart. Highly recommending Cloudnine HRBR to any expecting couple.
