Report not received even after 52 hours. Totally unprofessional collection staff as well. Avoid if you value your life!
Fortunately my RT-PCR sample collection got done peacefully at their Elgin center on 3rd May. More so, also received my test results in time on 5th May via email at around 2230hrs.
WORST! PATHETIC! UNPROFESSIONAL! DISGUSTING! Mr Gopal Naskar has collected the sample and it has been more than 100 hours we didn’t receive our Covid report. Totally pathetic and disturbing, worst service too. We called up Mr Gopal multiple times and we have been given false hope every time that within few hours report will be ready. PLZ PLZ PLZ DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OR DO NOT CALL THEIR REPRESENTATIVES AT HOME!

One of the fake Private Testing Lab that has been certified for RT-PCR Test. They dont even know how to collects Swab samples.
