It's a head office for all Apollo branches in India. It's a tyre company and they have head office here. All most important meetings and interview all will be done here only. It's located in good place nice atmosphere inside they have good security system so it's not easy enter inside easily. They will treat the customers good so they have very good business in India.
I am really disappointed with your service and the way you treat your customers. There is no respect for time.. Since I am asking a simple question to Apollo Management from last 4 days that why the product failure due to quality/your process issue is being charged to customers? Nobody is ready to give answer of this question and saying only pay Rs 400-700 each tyre to replace the tyres. I have purchased 4 Apollo 4G tyres on 28-Oct-2018 from Gurgaon (Authorized Apollo tyres dealer) . After 1year (run only 13000 km) due to poor quality issue extra noise is coming from the tyres. When I sent my car to service center for this noise issue. I got a remarks from the Authorized maruti service center Gurgaon that the tyres are in poor condition that’s why the extra noise is coming from tyres. After receiving this observation from authorized Maruti service center I have complaint the same in Apollo dealers & he has further registered the complaint with Apollo tyres. The noise issue is also verified by the Apollo tyres engineers… I have raised my issue on twitter, Facebook, Thru mail (marked mail to MD & CMD) but no solution is given from Apollo management from last 4 days. It is seriously question on brand value of Apollo Tyres who is not responding to customer who is associated with Apollo from last 6 years.
Poor service quality. Why should customers pay to replace tyres within warranty?
