Well there is no way to give a ZERO or Minus rating thats why I have to one. My experience with this bank banch is a complete and utter nightmare. Service and cooperation from employees is satisfactory but not from top authority of the branch. They lack in knowledge of any particular scheme run by the bank even that is ok but they don't even listen. Most of the information boards are in English and that too incomplete. A sincere request to the banking sector please use local languages in information charts in non metropolitan branches if you want to increase the coverage and people's trust in you.
This is the 2nd most crowded bank after PNB in Charthawal. It is located at main Muzaffarnagar Thana bhawan road near bus staion, and even easily noticeable from vehicle/road in much heavier traffic. Main problem is lack of staff, secondary staff behavior is very bad because they works like a dictator and never will be helpfull if you ever asked/inqury something. Like any other bank in this reasons higher administration thinks that rural branches doesn't have workload, people lives there nothing to do with banking system. So administration so pay attention to upgrade their rural branches a way to achieve the aim of cashless India. Jai Hind
Working is so much slow in this bank. Visited many times but no change in the behavior of staff(attitude problem). I think this bank need to change employees and let them know do not behave rudely with customers.
Service needs improvement
