Regarding covid vaccine I called the hospital numerous times about the availability of the slots for my son but they informed that it is strictly dealt by the Govt.. However when I called in 1075 they said that that the hospital is procuring the vaccine directly from the manufacturers. Govt.has nothing to say in it.. For the last 15 days I have been trying to book a slot and glued to the cowin site...but of no use..every time I enter the site all the slots are red . My family members even visited the hospital regarding the slot booking. They failed to give a proper reply. What is wrong..!!! Why we are not getting the slots ????
They were proactive to open COVID vaccination to everyone in 18-44 category right in the beginning of May. In fact this was the first hospital to do so in Bengal.
Fraudsters. They try every trick in the book to extract as much money as possible. Their grievance cell is nothing but their spokesperson, they try to defend their hospital no matter what. Service quality is pathetic to say the least, nobody takes accountability for anything. They give dates for surgery and when you go all prepared they would say room is not available. Doctors ask for extra money in cash below the table. Total mess.
Absolutely worthless service. Calling them for last one week in all their shared contact numbers for vaccination information no one picked up the phone. Given call back request no one called back. In WB government's website there is a number of a doctor named Soumyadeep Seal he himself doesn't bother to respond.
The staff was quite to take our patient and assign him a bed. A doctor availed us after a while to look into the matter regarded. However,the patient's parents weren't allowed to see their son for All the days he was in the ICU. Not one form of contact was permitted, which, even with the protocols mind, is quite unfair. Price was quite expensive for a three day stay, with one day on the general bed. However, with the rise in covid spike, treatment went by more or less smoothly.
