My father admitted in this hospital, such a good doctors and nursing staff. I’m fully satisfied with hospitality.. thank you so much for supporting.
This hospital is insensitive and inhuman. Staff members are rude and untrained. They just care about money, your patient's health is least of their concern. Don't go there if you really care about your loved ones.
One of the best hospitals in Surat City. Service and treatment is very good. All staff nurses and doctors are excellent, I really appreciate all the doctors and nursing staff for their commitment.
My mom was diagnosed with COVID, 20 days after her second brain stroke. As her oxygen level dropped to less then 90 we admitted her to this hospital in a normal ward as directed by them. She was doing OK and the normal ward staff were taking good and timely care. Few days later as her health was not improving and oxygen level was dropping further she was shifted to ICU. Where the staff was extremely rude, IN-EXPERIENCED and were busy gossiping and laughing amongst themselves. Least bothered about the timely medicine/ care of patients. They forgot to give my mother blood pressure medicine and not paid attention on the dropping oxygen. It was noticed by the Dr. AMISH SHAH when he came for his regular check. He was extremely upset with the staff and so did we! Even Dr. AMISH SHAH was not coming on time to see ICU patients. Same day her health became very critical, 5 of my relatives tried to call him with no response. She was then kept on the ventilator, kept unconscious and got infections from wherever pipes were inserted hence we highly doubt on the daily hygienic and sterilized equipments used on her. We also doubt the guidance of Dr. AMISH SHAH on medicines. After 14 days of her struggling in this hospital we lost her. She was not in bad condition when she was admitted. In short, if you love your loved ones. DON'T BOTHER ADMITTING THEM TO VENUS HOSPITAL, SURAT! PATHETIC INEXPERIENCED STAFF AND DOCTORS.
