Doctors and Nurse were very good and comforting.
Went in with wrist pain due to wrong posture and RSI using laptop. Prathek who is in physiotherapy department was quick to identify the issue and took time to explain the injury. Went through 5 sittings of therapy and exercise and almost cured. He also taught me regular exercises to follow and care to be taken. Environment was clean, sanitized and safe
The medical and treatment facilities are good. But the call centre takes its own time with no end in sight and website is not working now at this point in time. It would be appropriate if each of the centres are contactable on separate numbers rather than going through call centre. This is a requirement in case of emergencies. Technology should be put to right use and should not create inconvenience to people . Kindly look into this issue and pls do the needful. Thanks

I have taken home isolation package. It was really helpful during home isolation to check vitals. suggestions and support by rxdx team is really good.
