They will not share any information over the phone. They'll ask you to visit the hospital first and consult the doctor. The minimum consultation charge (no matter for what you have come for) is 500 bucks (as of 2020). Depending on the medication that you require, it may cost a bomb. You'll see their greed for money in the final bill. I will definitely not recommend this hospital especially on weekends because, the consultation charge is even more - the reason they give is scarcity of doctors on weekends. I saw only one duty doctor attending multiple patients. If there are already patients, just like how I waited, you end up waiting very badly for your turn. You can also see one receptionist handling multiple calls over the phone and at the same time guiding those who entered the hospital. Either the one over the phone or the one who has visited the hospital end up waiting.
I am a regular visitor to this hospital for all small ailments. The hospital might not be providing you world class facilities but definitely it has all that is required. A bed in this hospital proved to be a life saver especially during this time. Madana Sir came as an angel for us and he helped me to get my husband hospitalized which was required at that time. Thanks to Dr. Avinash for taking good care of my husband. Special note for Madana Sir..hospital is in good hands. Took CoviShield Vaccination yesterday and was very happy with the Staff. Actually went in the morning and as the Vaccination stock was not there, spoke to Mr.Manjesh there and he was very nice and co operative in making us understand about the availability in a short time. He took the initative in getting the Vaccine and ensured all the patients who were waiting from Morning to get Vaccinated. Thanks to the Sisters who were very gentle in vaccinating us. Thanks !
I really liked the service provided by Avinash doctor for Covid treatment. Nurse and hospital management took very good care of me and doctors treated me very well.
Rating 1 as we don’t have option to give 0 ratings. These hospitals are the modern day looters who don’t value the ethics rather value only money. Even after Supreme court, Central and state governments directions this hospital forces the patients to purchase medicine in the hospital pharmacy ( Pharmacy have only 2nd grade generic medicines) if the patient decides to buy medicine outside the hospital pharmacy, management threatens to discharge the patient immediately. Admin behaves like ‘Goonda’ when we question on ethical practices he mentions to complain to anyone and he wouldn’t care for anyone as they are backed for private hospital associations. Another wonderful part, Duty doctor at midnight ask to get some scan done and advise to view the reports in morning(Takes the consultation fee for the same) Morning doctor views the report and advise to get admitted. Consultation fee should be for this as-well. On discharge day Doctor advise for discharge and one more consultation fee should be paid. 1 Consultation fee is ₹550. Was there for 24 hours as an attendant now tested corona positive. Hygene was maintained as zero. Be ready empty your pocket if you get admitted. Beware of this modern looters,
