I am very much impressed about this hospital. Doctor, nurse and support staffs are very cooperative. Management is very much customer friendly. This is the first time, I visited the hospital for the treatment of my family member. Admission, OT and post Operation treatment was hassle free and very much patient supportive. Over all, it is excellent.
Executive health check up done with great ease.. It was done smoothly only because of the coordinators appointed. Processes were explained nicely by the experts. Awaiting results! 🤞
I have been linked with Medica since it’s inception. Their doctors are some of the best in the country. The support staff such as Ms Ojha Gupta (admin) and her team are always willing to help patients and their family by providing a peace of mind customer experience. They might be a Superspeciality hospital but it’s their staff that makes them super special! A big thank you from me and my entire family for always taking such good care of us.
Dr. Udipta Ray is the best GI surgeon in town. Excellent treatment. Post surgery recovery was very quick and pain was minimal. Dr. Ray is very calm and understanding, listens to the problems very patiently (which is very unlikely these days). Would highly recommend Dr. Ray and Medica for any GI issues. Lucky to have him as my surgeon :)
