This is a three storied building for holding community events and family gatherings. The ground floor is more than 1000 sq.ft with high ceiling (because Durga puja of the block is held here). First floor and second floors are also more than 1000 sq.ft with air-conditioning. There are several toilets in the building. Like most community halls in Salt Lake, there is a spacious lawn in front, that can be used to hold garden parties or can be decorated to hold marriage and other ceremonies. There is separate cooking area beside the main building. Location wise this hall is excellent as it is just beside Salt Lake Broadway. During booking block residents get preference.
