Good location
Very well maintained Housing Co-operative. The caretakers at the gate are dutiful and well behaved. The Secretary of the society is a real gentleman.
Someone I know rented a place here. The landlords and landlady made the exit very difficult. The society's residents and secretary also did not speak up against the injustice. Would suggest other renters to stay away from this property. The case has gone into litigation as the society's member is not returning the deposit money with respect as per the terms of the agreement but resorting to unfair means. Very disheartening.
