The worst experience ever, not at all professional people , the GM is like a 10th pass out who have no idea how to run a business. The customer service is very poor they have no shame and no manner how to handle a customer. There is no formal complain department or not a single person who can provide correct information. They only know one thing how to make full of people. I will never refer these dealer to any of my friend and family. They have took the full payment but not able to provide any update on when we will receive our vehicle. Not at all reliable dealers. All people who bought there car from this dealer recently from Gwalior mela, please check again and don't trust them they are fraud. You will regret so please boycott this dealer.
