Poorest customer service..
Since last week there has been a staff change , and the current Staff is really very very rude , not giving time to hear any problem or issue being highlighted by customer. even current Branch Manager is the worst public dealing person I have ever met , AxisBank seniors should really look into this as I have already started to work with Axis bank Ohkla Phase 1 , for all my needs.
I went to this axis branch to open my NRI account. I was totally disappointed by their misleading response. After 14 days, they came up with some information which should have been conveyed within first few days. Lazy, rude working staff, except day to day tasks they don't know anything about axis bank products amd neither they feel responsible to convey correct information. The staff lacks sense of urgency to respond to customers, and with this now I am going to Kotak Bank to open my NRI bank account.
Slack staff, attitude issue. Doesn't want to entertain properly or guide. Contributing to -ve image of bank. AXIS bank shud thank to such employee.
