Customer care is extremely pathetic
Suraksha is a well known brand, but I must say they have the worst service on earth. Customer Care number- you can never reach, whatsapp number- you never get a reply. Stop these eyewash practices. What service you can't give, don't give false promises at least. We don't have that much time to hold on the phone for hours. Just put it simple, "We are available only at the centres. Come and get information".

Pathetic Customer service . Please avoid at all cost as the diagnostic reports are not at all trustworthy.
