Worst nursing staff and behaviour with patients is as if they are guinea pigs. The nurses may be expert and handling tests daily but for the patient it may be his very first time. Please be trained to communicate responsibly because your behavior may cure and relax the patient to a great extent.
These people will give you phone numbers to call but will never anser it. If you have got three tests done, they will make you visit the center thrice for all the three reports. They don't have that courtesy to call you when all the reports are done. Most importantly the phone numbers that you will see at there center is just for show. Even if you call 100 times in both the mobile and the landline number, nobody cares to receive the call.
Too casual and rude approach of staffs, even the gatekeeper .. they don't entertain any queries in counter properly , they are always busy in multitasking and talking here and there while preparing a bill , and as a result a bill full of wrong information like phone no , age , name etc is generated . If one ask them to correct it, they want age proof , id prof etc as if the fault is of the customer himself. And for their miscommunication waste of one's lots of time is a normal matter here.no system is there and total mismanagement is prevalent .
I would suggest not to visit this center if you don't have ample time to waste. Some stuffs are so unprofessional that they will keep you waiting even if there is no patient in Cardiology section. You need to ask other stuff to carry out the test and the actual person in charge is roaming around.
Most worst diagnosis center. Bad behaviour of Receptionists. Doctors are not coming on time. Staffs are not professional. This centre is not even for 1 star. I will recommend not to come here.
