Insanely inhuman way of working. They are running over capacity and wasted samples. 14th April I had given my 1st sample where I was told that reports will be received in 48hrs. On the 72nd hour after enquiring about the delay, i was told that there was a error while running the sample and they need to collect the samples. When the person came to re-collect the sample on 17th April, he was so confortable that he was not even wearing a PPE Kit. And he informed that the vials were damaged. Mr. Arindam and the lady who takes the calls, only kept on saying that the rush is so much etc. There are 2-3 numbers shared with customers and when texted on more than one number, they are like - why are you texting on multiple numbers? Seriously!! If 3 numbers are shared with clients that I think I have the full right to call or text anywhere. Then spoke to Mr. Siddharth Sankar who is sopposedly the Regional Sales manager. His words were samples collected on 17th will be run today on 19th and trust me, he has no clue of what is going on this side. More.than 6days I am trying to confirm if my family is safe and yet helpless.
Birati Suraksha is worst in the city. Haematology section is too poor. Gave me wrong report .. Don't do haematology tests here
Not very helpful to us, because the pathological lab tests are found very contradictory , not so hopeful to us and the pathological charges are very high in comparison with others reputed diagonestic centres in kolkata .
Pathetic Tele customer support. I have been trying for more than 1 hour none attended the calls.
They don't answer the call. It is busy 24*7.plus when their respective comes for taking the RT pcr sample they are not even wearing a PPE kit.
