Poor service & customer care / wattshop no help full
i had scheduled my covid vaccination here, but looking at the service through the review, i cancelled the appointment.
It was really good experience specially at JC-21. There are amazing staffs out there. Only issue is that they have limited facilities. All basics infra is there but advance diagnosis like MRI and CT scan are not here, but they take booking and get it done . Reports and all can be received from here itself. Once doctor was a bit late and I had appointment . I received a call informing the same. So they value your time and take care of little things. I had super awesome experience . and yes it is among CGHS empanelled list. So thats icing on the cake.
Extremely rude staff...lound ...no manners ...dont know P of professionalism.
Too much worst and pathetic experience. I went there for my patient suffering from some gynecological problems to Dr.subhas Chandra Biswas to their OPD which is situated at 2nd floor of the building. Surprisingly no lift or lifting systems are there for the patients. When I asked them over phone from ground floor about my patient's condition and requested them to take any step they adviced me to wait on the road. Waiting about 15mnts I again call them. They told they are unable to do anything from their part. They adviced again to ride the stairs what was truly impossible for my patient. So OPD patients, please don't go there who can't ride up stairs. Otherwise they will face harrassment like me. I talked with floor manager about the matter. She was very rude and wasn't ready to talk with me. Asking authorities, are you aware of your branch mismanagement? Can you go through making us harrassed? Giving you one star only for to write this review. Otherwise you are eligible to get (-) 5 star for playing with patient's health.
