No integrity. Brain MRI plates can't deliver on time. 24 hrs late. and tell lie.
Worst diagnostic centre. No helpline is cooperative. They behave as if they are doing pity. Utter disgusting.
Cheater franchise. U will never get ur report. Used to play with patients life. Promise to deliver report next day but after 4 days also they will not deliver ur report. They will not pick up phone and give excuses that HO is not delivering reports. Totally cheaters and fraud master. I am going to lodge complaints in consumer forum.
The staff responsible for collecting samples are polite, professional & does their job perfectly. However, the reception and billing staff are perfect at Misbehaving with patients, Mismanaging people, Wasting time of patients. The higher management needs to provide grooming and training sessions for Reception & Billing staff. I had to wait for 1 hour just to collect my reports.
Horrible customer attended system. Everytime, customer care call goes for minimum 15mins waiting and disconnects after that. Even their whatsapp number does not reply. Wanted to give minus rating if google allowed.
