This used to be a great place for getting tests done, but after it started becoming popular, its quality of service has steadily gone downhill. The people in reception take too much time to prepare the invoice, they could also do with an attitude adjustment. I was suggested by a physician to perform some blood tests and x-ray. It was already difficult for me to go there and give the samples because of severe weakness. Next day when my father went there to collect the report, somehow a sample got magically disappeared or corrupted and I was asked to give another sample by going there. That's not all. The xray report was also delayed. This is the level of professionalism these guys show in a state of emergency. So, I'd say get your tests done from here only if you don't have any other option.
The worst staffs I've ever faced. They don't know how to behave with people. They have a technical knowledge but they are illiterate. Even the government hospital staffs have more polite behaviour. Giving two stars just for the qualities of the tests.
Suraksha Diagnostic - Barasat Centre is very close to me. The service, guidance, advice and overall attitude is like hospitalized professional medical service - careful, considerable and affectionate. They care for their reputation already achieved.
Worst! Results might be good due to there machines but customer service are horrible. I suffered 2-3 times already.
Most third class place. The staffs are too much vogus. They are not in a position to do help any patient party. Service is too bad. U can't avail by phone and the staffs behaviour is too much irritating. So avoid this place.
