If you raise a complaint, the assigned engineer to the complaint closes the complaint without doing anything. Very unprofessional employees. And they are at the post of Assistant engineer and do not posses enough knowledge to perform day to day operations for which they are getting salary. Pathetic experience and uneducated people.
Not too good.there is no facility for sitting & drinking water for the personal who visited MD office Dvvnl Agra.
Very bad and pathetic service in Rohta Agra deeksha KCR town.no time limit for cut .worst service at the time of rain you can not asume how when will electricity come.on daily basis it is horrible.
very poor services in rural area no any line man work without money on Electric pole during any short circuit ....no any one generate proper bill from wall meter...
Very poor service . In our location fatehabad. I think they need to wind up the company if they are not capable to give service properly. Today we complete 25 days without electricity. These guys are focusing on bill depositing only .they need to try in other work bcoz this is the matter of farmers life.
