The system can be a bit more organized. Avoid going during weekends, and if you don't want to wait then go around 10am, at that time there is not much crowd. Passport office is on first floor, never went there so can't comment on that.
Pathetic work culture. Rampant corruption. Public apathy and staff rudeness are visible.
Best option to save money
Very good environment. Staffs are supportive for the service. There are different kind of services available here from postal despatch and delivery to Postal banking. Neat and clean CAMPUS.
