I have given my vehicle for paid service last week. I would like to mention that new works Manager Mr. Raghavendra Garu is very caring and customer friendly. He makes sure your car is well serviced and deliver on time without any delay. I have noticed many changes there and everything is streamlined now in service centre. Also this Gem service centre uses Shell engine oil which is really good for engines. I strongly recommend this service centre.
Good. But becoming conjusted as the vehicles increased. Hydrolic lifting of vehicles to be provided at water servicing place, as cleaning at the bottom of the vehicles is not good
