There is Too much rush. This is cheap but the worst diagnostic centre. Very POOR CROWD MANAGEMENT. The guard is the worst person. Staff are just laughing and talking all times rather than doing work. People are tensed outside and are kept on waiting for hours and hours. They took my 2000 rupees and didn't Returned remaining 200 rupees. When I asked, they started fighting me. Totally worst. I suggest you to go somewhere else and not here because it's little cheaper.
Worst place for HRCT chest scan test, every time employees spoof and make fun of each other. Not even the non-professional staff don't know how to speak English with patients. rude behaviour. Everywhere where getting HRCT chest test reports at least 30 minutes and diagnopein it is taking full day to provide report. They think they are very smart but in reality they are not. Even they started sending reports through WhatsApp but not in PDF. These people take a picture of this report from the screen and send it to the patients. Recently I went there and faced such a stupid problem. Anyway I would not recommend anyone to visit this center just to waste your time. Measurable rate, but poor service.
Sent few patients for HR-CT scan. Service was prompt and report was satisfactory. Note:- please take prior appointment for better service and doctor availability.
The behavior is not good, the staff does not have any experiance, it is useless, HRCT scan is 1500 / - is taking 1800 / - Dignopain Diagnostic centre is Not value for money ...
Thirdclass service. Never go for test in this lab. Because I went for my HRCT chest. Never present doctor at time of scanning. Their staff language is totally rough. It advertisement rate for HRCT 1500/ but at billing they charge 1800/. Rupees. Better you used other lab you will get HRCT chest in 2000 to 2500 range.and get better service with satisfied report.
