I got my first shot of the vaccine at HOPE and it was very efficient and easy. The place itself was clean, neat, safe and following all protocols. It was well organised with no delays or confusion. The team at HOPE is very professional, engaged and friendly. They were very helpful, answered any questions and administered the dose painlessly. My parents also had a great experience and did not need to wait for anything. Thank you to the HOPE team for all the great work!
For a pandemic like this, vaccination is a mammoth task for a country of our population size! But am so impressed with the way it has been organised - the App itself to book, then the professional services at HOPE, really didn't expect it will be so smooth. Had minimal wait time with slot given, just a few people sitting patiently on chairs at a distance, polite staff, cleanliness & hygiene was good as was avoiding hospitals since felt small clinics safer at this time...so was a comfortable experience despite all fear around. Reassured this country can do things professionally....wish could be the same everywhere.
I went to HOPE for my grandmother’s vaccination. She didn’t want to go to a hospital so decided on this clinic. It was a good decision. The staff and the entire team was extremely polite and pleasant to deal with. They took all precautions for safety and hygiene. I’m sure we would see many more HOPE clinics open in various parts of the NCR very soon.
A facility of world class standards is being run here by a dedicated team of professionals. All COVID appropriate measures are in place with demarcated areas for waiting and vaccination. The reassuring words and a polite gentle approach by the ever helpful staff helps overcome anxiety which is running high in these uncertain times. Highly recommended
