Very much unprofessional belive me. Dr have never made on time...I have visited many times but it's such a big shame that even in lockdown he wasn't able to make his visit on time... If we have this late back attitude with the so called professional dr then I am doubtful on this approch towards his profession..think twice before going this place ..you can visit arvind eye hospital 1000 times better with lot of time value .. Reply after Akbar's hospital reply I agree with your words that their is lot of shortage on the doctor and also the current situation is very crucial and same time panicinging and we are facing blot of trouble. Apart from this days many people have same problem with the clinic that their is very big dealy in time given by dr. I am sorry if I said it's wrong way but I request you to manage time and we respect the doctor as we respect your profession.
Pathetic !! Is all I can say when it comes to the professionalism of the staff . This is my second experience here , Doctors are never on time ! The appointment you take is easily delayed beyond 2 hours . Surgery appointments arnt taken serious either. Came down to hospital for a surprise that the doctor isn't turning up for the day ! Zero followups with the patients. DOCTORS SEEM PRETTY LEARNED BUT THERE IS NO POINT HAVING GOOD DOCTORS UNDER SUCH PATHETIC MANAGEMENT !
I visited during the time of Covid, every precautions are taken for safety.The staff is co-operative.Consultation fee is 300.Worth every penny if you want to find right place for good eye check up. First the assistant will do general eye check up and then again you called to present to doctor. In this process waiting time is more..You may find pharmacy and optical shop also..If surgery is done you facilities to apply for insurance also.

(reception needs to improve a bit in being responsive, but it's alright as they get the job done).
