Deserves one star at best. I called them to replace the battery of my OnePlus phone which they said it will arrive in a week and they don't have it at the moment. I called them again after a week and they confirmed the battery availability. So I went there only to be informed that they don't have the battery for my device (wow). The person in the frontdesk afterwards tried a lot to pester me into reinstall the software / firmware to 'dramatically' improve battery life (my phone is over 3+ years old), perhaps they get a cut from OnePlus for reinstalling customers' software. Lastly, their phone is engaged all the time or if not then nobody picks up. At least expect dialing them 10 times for any thing. Terrible experience overall, I'm surprised how OnePlus has ties with such incompetent service center.
Worst experience. They said part is not available and the worst part is that they are saying this from more than a month now. I don't understand that what kind of service centre is this which is not having a part for more than a month now. Please think before purchasing OnePlus products.
