I have a very bad experience with TCS. They train you in one stream and assign you to project with different stream. Most of the projects are in support only. Just the thing is it pay you on time
Pros: 1. Great View 2. Large campus for taking a walk 3. Areas for co-curricular activities. Cons: 1. Hardly any time to do any of the above. 2. Food quality is horrible. 3. Lacks flexibility. 4. Lots of projects but you are locked to single project and not released due to "dependency" reasons (Only way to get released is to come to office and not work).
Recruiting Overqualified peoples & Using them for Blue color work , worst TCS Company Seniors ( Shweta Mudgil HR, HR Prakash vishwanath, HR reena Ganguly) Fooling Employees under the name of promotion Hike & for core work for years and year's. When escalated suspending ( On wrong charges)& Stopping payment ( Intentionally). TCS is bad organization , I have ever seen in my entire life. 1.No job security. 2.fooling employees under the name of promotion , Hike & core work for years & Years. 3. Torchering & Harrassing employees for odd shifts & odd locations,odd work 4.And someone escalate or raise complaints, suspending & Stopping 4 to 5 month salaries.
Very big company and big campus. Perfect company for a fresher to start his or her career. Lots of opportunities to learn and create a base. Co-workers are also very helpful and supportive
