On 3rd of July 1987 , I reported to this unit for transforming myself from a civilian to a soldier. I did my basic training for ES 28 batch here. Parade , PT , classes and night classes...weekly test were quite challenging ..Watching movies in free time inside the cinema hall within was a weekly affair.. booking our, booking in and at times bunking out were part of our lives. Civilians hates us.GTI were prompt in punishing us for our mistakes. Grooming here to AF environment was quite good. Those were beautiful Aya !
Visit for canteen as father ex serviceman, he is bedridden so come sometimes with mother . After covid it's Thursday Friday Saturday for ex servicemen it seems.Security says coupon system via phone but is always engaged or never picked.Ex servicemen days keep changing ..now it's Saturday Sunday Monday it seems...request authorities to keep the days constant as ex service people are old and should not get harassed....
