Got Interviewed last week, HR was Friendly and the company policies are good towards a candidate who came for an interview. There were four Rounds- Aptitude test, Technical test (written), HR Pre-Interview, Technical Interview followed by Final HR negotiation Round. Each round is a filtering process and if you disqualify you have to leave. The whole interview process took whole day(from 9 am to 6 pm) and the Lunch and Snacks are provided by the company at free of cost. Overall a very good experience compared to other IT companies i got interviewed earlier.
