The doctors and staff are very well trained, cooperative and explains the treatment procedure clearly. Patient is regularly monitored and medicines are given at appropriate time. Hospital is maintained neat and clean. The lab facility is within the premises and the staff are very professional. If only the lab results availablity is communicated online to the user, which is the market standard these days. Food is not readily available and the cafeteria is with very limited options. A good cafeteria with multiple options will provide a better experience to the patient attendees.

Very disappointed, Never ever join any covid patient. Very expensive. Hospital bill reaches heights(30lakhs seriously?). Nurses are ridiculous. I guess because of covid they got contract based nurses. They don't even care if people are in ICU. They fight and not sure where they are coming from. Shocked to see fish market fights in a place where it is called ICU. Always screaming, fighting with co-workers, using foul language when patients are struggling from this virus they already are tensed and need peace of mind. They are not even helping patients if oxygen mask get misplaced in their sleep. Half of the patients are losing hope just with this irresponsible manner of nurses. Doctors are good. They are taking care well of patients. Very bad experiences occurred just because these nurses.
The hospitality is very good, doctors are very cooperative, explained well about the treatment. Financial counselling team Mr. Hemanth explained well about the package and is very supportive in every aspect. Cleanliness is up to the mark. I am happy that my son undergone treatment a d being discharged at good hospital. Over all satisfied with the treatment and stay. I strongly recommend this hospital for children's treatment.
