Worst bank to deal with better to deal with a good MNC bank. No TAT to resolve customers grievances. Staff full of arrogance. Right from customer service to principal nodal officer and chairman none of them knows what customer service is. If someone wants to make their life living hell then opt for their services and experience it yourself. It's been more than 8 months iam sending emails but no one has resolved my query

Since last 2 months I m unable to reach SBI card by any means possible. They might have shifted their office to MARS. my registered mobile number is deactivated and I have got transferred to other place. I am unable to update my number and address through otp. I have sent mails twice with self attested documents to address change portal as well as care portal but no response. I am unable to make payment coz the new card they have issued might have gone to past location and to know the 16 digit number of e card I don't have mobile number updated. I m left with only one option to stop payment of 85000/- so that they can find me and necessary updation may take place.

Poor show..... worst customer support.....I applied SBI credit card in Jan 2021nd card also approved in Jan 2021 . Bt after 40 days i don't get my card.. I made lots of compliments through customer care nd through email also... Bt still i didnt get any calls nd any answer from SBI team......

I have applied for simply CLICK card on 9th December and on 11th of December i have got the verification call. Customer carewcare saying it will take 21 working days for verification. And today i called to the customer center now she was saying it will take another 21 working days for verification. Seriously..?? What kind of service you are providing..?? I need immediate assistance.
