I know putting review here hardly matter, but still if anyone pay attention. Generally I do not visit sbi bank but due to some recent situation I have to communicate with sbi bank on behalf of my mother. I personally feel they must have some politeness while communicating with other than their known customers. They should treat their self as a government employee not as business owner(it is ur responsibility to clear customer doubts no matter how many time he is asking. If not possible at that time to resolve say him meet later and clear doubts. Customer might not be so much intelligent to understand ur point.). And they need to increase their staff member to deal with customer. Before posting/transferring an employee, it should be bank responsibility to train them according to their destination locality. Please have some ethics while communicating with deceased family. At the end want to suggest one point please verify documents at your end before processing them. So if any discrepancy found in documents at least it will be filtered out at that time instead of getting alarm later and give a workaround if possible.
This is the worst pathetic bank place. They don't know how to communicate with people . I wish i will record their voice next time and will able to put it in this review. i request SBI to Check such branching as there arn't well staff as well as services. There are many new hybrid and enthusiastic working people rather then those lazy old men. Sorry to say such words but Give these old Uncles retirement and hire the enthusiastic one. You know what , The private BANKS like HDFC or ICICI are more polite then these government banks
