Good staff over there. Very cooperative and serious. I went there for my water supply problem and they assured me to solve the matter and they sent their inspector with me. He assured me to resolve this problem ASAP.
Water supply is very erratic in sainik colony sec e extn.Sometimes week passes without water supply.Water supply is on alternate days ,if one supply is missed than on the next due day.Requst to xen and the staff to look into the matter.
Sir/mam There is uneven water supply in our area (Kabir colony, Poonch House) for last 10 days and there is no water supply for last 2 days. Can't afford to buy mineral water daily. This is not right, water is very basic and essential thing. Its requested to please look into this matter.
Very poor service and non serious department having casual approach for humanity.......... Almighty will definitely teach you a lesson
Lower staff helpful but officers have negative attitude.
