Really enjoyed my dental visit. Doctor was very patient and friendly. I came for wisdom tooth removal. Doctor is very experienced surgeon. I didn't face much pain during the surgery or after. I would definitely visit her and again + recommend to friends and family.
Had a very bad experience with Billing. They haven't explained their terms and conditions well in advance before the admission. Walking up to them for clarification was a nightmare. After multiple follow-ups they have responded that they wouldn't provide any bill after the payment is completed. How far this is acceptable? I am definitely not going to recommend Shenoy to any of my friends and family. Hope this review helps you too. May be this was not the 1st instance that the hospital has had. They have clearly accepted that they wouldn't provide any bill for any patient if it an insurance case. As per new consumer protection act fundamental and natural right of the consumer to get bills and details of medical treatment. We have been given details of the treatment but not the bill. Rating 0
Doctors at Shenoy know what they are doing, and take steps based on the exact need, they do not unecessarly order for tests or diagnosis. The the admin Staff are polite and explain the admission process and all the details that are necessary or that a patient asks for. The only thing that I felt that needs improvement is the cleaning and assistance staff need to be trained more on how to talk to the patient and not cause inconvenience by asking unnecessary questions.
Hospital is good.. There are a number of gems in the hospital staff nurses and doctors. However, need to improve Pharmacy section a lot.
Staff have been very cordial. Took my Father for second dose vaccine. Hospital maintained hygiene at high standards. Old people were attended with care and service
