This is a fraud group guys. They'll attract you with lucrative fraud schemes for investment and won't reveal the points actually they put up in the agreement. It has happened with lot many people so kindly BEWARE of this group.
False commitment they gives . They are not trustworthy...
Have been asked to pay token amount of Rs 3 lac(fully refundable) and final price with all details(Layout and amenity plan) of property will be shared on 27th Sept to people who have given token amount. However now on 25th they are saying that we need to confirm on our allotment(Cancellation Charges - 50k +GST) by 7 PM else unit will be open for other people. Lost trust from builder.
