Avoid if you value time. You will get faster release from jail, then this hospital. Great doctors and facilities however pathetic admission and discharge procedure. It takes atleast 5-6 hours to get discharge. First they will wait for doctor to give in writing that discharge to be given. Then they will ask their resident doctor to give discharge card (2 hours) Then it goes to billing department and that is a black hole (infinite time) Better to go to some new age hospital with better IT facility than this British era hospital
Doctors , staff , medical facilities all are good. Also to note that they will take 50k rs upfront for a patient’s admission. Deducting 1 star as I feel the hospital charges are bit on higher side but it deserve an overall 4 rating ! Also there is an issue in parking in that area. Reach early for hospital’s 4 wheeler parking else you get no parking.
I m happy that I came to Ruby hall for my treatment. Their service is excellent. I would really prefer this hospital for the treatments . The doctors & their staff are polite & humble . Thank you

A first rate hospital. Helpful and supporting staff. Doctors take time to help patients. I highly recommend ruby hall clinic to anyone.
