I am myself a medical doctor.. I was shocked to see the poor hygiene and under trained 'Feeding experts'. Their staff is overburdened. They forget the things and are not available at right time. Avoid if you're considering it only for Brand sake. Believe me they need a inspection from the concerned authorities regularly. Literally had to wait for 3 hours for a so called feeding expert and they are only there to discourage the mother who requires them. Avoid and search for another option. I visited the hospital recently again for vaccination. I would like to mention the facility has been upgraded to a much cleaner and better place. It sounds they might have increased the staff as well. Please visit personally in the IPD before taking a decision. I am updating my review as I don't want that your decision is affected by the above old text. I am increasing the rating from 2 to 3.5.
Worst experience , for normal delivery they induce pains heavily to get baby out as soon as possible. My wife came without pains , to check up, they said it is opened 2cm , so join here it will be safe. Then they induced pains with some fluids injecting to my wife every 10mins they increase the medicine by 10%, pains get heavy pain, If it is second delivery they will induce more pains to get delivered. No nurse will be present beside her bed in that type heavy pain times. On baby head , big wound I found after her birth , they answer regarding that this type of wound happens normally. Next day of delivery, no gynecologist visited to check my wife status in private room, at time of discharge no doctors were present to discuss the discharge summary , we requested in ground floor receptionist to arrange the doctor after 3hrs waiting from the labour room doctor has explained to us just these are the tablets next visit is on this so and so day . Billing no information on billing details. All round worst experience.... Please don,t visit this hospital
Worest treatment in scanning room Dr gouri vinayak. While she is doing scanning not speaking properly with her words. All the time she is not peace of mind while doing scanning. How they treat like arguments.
Please don't go to Rainbow hospital, they are business minded. More over, don't consult Dr. Lakshmi Kiran. She is unfit for performing ultrasound. I got my wife reviewed by her from the day one of pregnancy. She performed all ultrasounds for my wife. She diagnosed only CTEV in our baby. But our baby was born with single kidney and anorectal malformation too. I came to know that anorectal malformation cannot be diagnosed by ultrasound, but kidney.... When I asked her about the same, she told sorry. But her sorry doesn't pay me. Dr Mainak Deb told that our baby is having high anorectal malformation(needs 3 surgeries for correction) and did the initial surgery on the very next day of his birth. But when I took second opinion from a surgeon at AIIMS Delhi, he told that looking at the symptoms, this is a low anorectal malformation (which can be corrected in a single surgery). I am not sure what went wrong here. I doubt whether these people did this money. Because of this hospital, we are struggling a lot. I have already started a legal battle with these fellows. Not sure to what extent I am gona win. But for sure I will fight till I get justice. These people started sticking to a loop hole of ultrasound....
