I had an MRI at Apollo, navi mumbai. Because of wrong detection of MRI my surgery was started for wrong disease, as wrong team came forward for surgery because of wrong reporting, surgery became complicated. My health situation became worse and worse. Although I survived but my chances to conceive is negligible now. Apollo destroyed my life and health because of wrong MRI reporting.
Website is not functioning and all modes of customer service aren't working either. If you are looking to get a PCR test done you are better of going to Metropolis or Shabazkars (if in colaba area)
I went to Apollo for my annual medical. All the staff members are extremely professional, courteous and helpful. The clinic is well maintained with high standard of hygiene and great equipments for all your diagnostic needs. All my tests were carried out very smoothly also there was one person assigned to assist me all the time. Overall i had an amazing experience and would strongly recommend this place. Thank you Apollo and team for the wonderful experience.
They never ever are willing to pick up your call keeping the call busy
The facilities are not only spic and span but very professionally managed. My full body executive health check-up which was supposed to take 4 hours was over in 3 hours 15 minutes, thanks to the coordinator and others concerned who worked in clock like precision. Only one suggestion : All health workers should have protective masks in their face as no one can prevent involuntary cough/sneezing which can be a source of infection to unsuspecting patients/check-up seakers.
