This place should be put under strict supervision. Doctors are no doubt good but the staff is terrible. I have seen them misbehaving with patients. They have that typical government employee attitude. The whole place is so big and there is nobody to guide anyone. Overall infrastructure is horrible. Building is dilapidated and stretchers are not in good condition. Have a look at the bed in operation theatres...you might contract another disease while getting treated for one. Nobody checks on the patients. The patients and their relatives have to manage everything themselves. What is the government doing ? Merely enjoying the patronage of people from the lower strata of the society who come there seeking pocket friendly treatment. All this actually reflects the overall condition of the Indian government ! Rather than stealing money from the taxpayers, at least the government should put it for some good use.
Even During covid, doctors give their best to the emergency patients. OPD runs very successfully after online booking. Doctors call, listen problems and give their best treatment remedy as advice and medicine recommendation.
