3 stars for cleanliness and good pathology section and good set of doctors availability. 2 stars deducted for very bad behaviour of the securities. If you go by car they will treat you as a privileged customer but if you ride a bicycle there they will treat you like a beggar. Moreover securities ask you problems and what pathology will you be doing as if they are doctors. It is strange that they have been instructed by management to ask this questions. And moreover some of them are asking to maintain physical distance but they themselves are not wearing mask.
Hospital should run their own bloodbank , otherwise it is very good . Efficient doctors and non medical staffs are doing their best. Neat & clean environment makes patient feel comfortable .
Rude behaviour of every nurse, every employee. Nobody picks up the phone at Enquiry. Patients aren't allowed to keep mobile phones with them. And nobody picks up the phone to let their families know how they are. If they do pickup, they are really rude and disconnect the call within 5 seconds. They just don't care.
Very good faculty, they look after the patients very well, nice equipped machines are present. Doctors , nurses and hospital workers all are very good.
Worst system i have ever came across i went there for my RTPCR test and the system was horrible. They weren't following any covid-19 norms. Around 200+ people went there for testing and no social distance was maintained. Everyone was waiting since 2 in the morning and the test started after 12:30 in the afternoon it is a horrible system.
